Are you looking for a workout that can take you from beginner to intermediate? By removing some of the daily exercises listed below you can start out slow and gradually work your way up to doing all the exercises for a given day.

Exercises are not listed in any specific order. If you are having any knee issues, eliminate the Jumping Jacks.
